RouteLedger is operational dispatch infrastructure. While we are committed to maintaining a reliable platform, we do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage, service level, or uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as available" and may experience interruptions for the following reasons:
No SLA Commitment: RouteLedger does not currently offer a financially backed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Enterprise customers requiring guaranteed uptime commitments should contact us at sales@route-ledger.com to discuss custom arrangements.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your relationship with RouteLedger — including disputes regarding the validity, enforceability, or scope of this arbitration provision — shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below. The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in Houston, Texas, or remotely if agreed upon by both parties.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ROUTELEDGER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Unless both you and RouteLedger agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@route-ledger.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Jury Trial Waiver: BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND ROUTELEDGER ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
