3. SMS & Text Message Communications

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, support interactions, and service usage. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Legal authorities when required by law
• Business transferees in the event of a merger or acquisition

8b. Third-Party Integrations

• QuickBooks Online: Financial data including invoices, payroll journals, and expenses may be synced to Intuit QuickBooks Online when this integration is enabled by the account owner.
• Stripe & Square: Payment processing data is shared with these processors when enabled.
• Clover (Fiserv): Transaction data is shared when Clover is connected as a payment processor.
• Samsara: GPS and fleet telematics data is accessed via Samsara's API when this integration is enabled.

9. Children's Privacy

RouteLedger is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
